For the wholesale customers, please contact us for the wholesale discount and applicable taxes. Wrong Address Problems: If the address you gave us has any mistake, and it caused the package to be undelivered, we will ship your purchase again but the reshipping fee $4.99 will then be charged again. We give 100% satisfaction guarantee. We guarantee all the customers can receive their package from us. If your package was lost by the postal office with a correct shipping address, we will give you a free reshipment. And we will pay the reshipping fee for you.  Return Policies: We guarantee all our products with a 60 days no questions asked Return and Exchange Policy. You can return the item(s) to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund for ANY REASONS. Whether the product is defective, seems defective, or that you change your mind and simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us for Free Exchange or Full Refund. Please note the original and return shipping charge will not be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances. Replacements will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after the receipt of the return. Credits are posted within 2 business days after the receipt of the return. Return Procedure: Please send email to our customer service department at service@MartCanada.com within 60 days of date of purchase to request an RMA number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is an identification number issued to a customer who needs to return an item back to MartCanada.com for an exchange or credit. Please provide your name, email address, order number, product to be returned, reason for the return and whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement. All items arriving at our warehouse without a RMA number will be refused. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. It is very important to have the RMA number posted outside of a return package in order to properly process any exchange or credit. Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. MartCanada.com will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all return shipments. What do I do once I have an RMA number? After you receive your RMA number, you must return all purchase, and other accessories supplied by the manufacturer to us within 10 days of the RMA number being issued. You receive prompter service on your refund or exchange by calling or emailing us with the tracking number. Warranties All products sold by MartCanada.com carry their respective manufacturer's factory warranty. All warranty work is handled by the respective manufacturer's authorized service center or by the manufacturer unless otherwise specified in writing. |
